what is meditation?
Meditation

Into the arms of love,
who knew they would be my own?
The gods ever in flight
spiral and circle in place
giving no clue.
But lessons are learned
when you arrive home
to silence.
Flitting passions wax and wane
till there is stillness, acceptance.
The mystery of what is.
