Not all education takes place in the classroom. A Bite Size Poetry Entry
Transitions

The first day of college – a brand new world
free from the shackles of being a child.
I watch as my flag of self-rule is unfurled,
ignoring the warnings and just running wild…
until I run up against reality:
classes and laundry and making my meals.
It suddenly hits me that freedom’s not free.
So this is how responsibility feels.! 😨
