A Kyrielle Sonnet
A green divider


The night woods are a symphony
An owl might screech from a tall tree
Lively wolves howl as they scatter
With Music of all their chatter

Mockingbird plays the piccolo
Nightingale sings a song we know
Mice stomp with a pitter patter
With Music of all their chatter

Cricket gently sounds the cymbal
Buzzing insects ever nimble
Bear cries, there's nothing the matter
With Music of all their chatter

The night woods are a symphony
With music of all their chatter
