Still nothing like a good book

Open the cover, savour the anticipation, smell the newness...
Touch the beginning of ..an adventure.

With each new word the spell is woven.
Characters introduced,
friend of foe to be decided as the plot unfolds.

Hours spent entralled.

Words inhaled as if oxygen.

The tale unfolds in turning pages,
there is no world outside.

Immersed like a child.
