Jenny Fainted

“Nobody seems to be home.” Jenny whispered to Alison, “What do you think?”

“Let’s look in the garage.”

They made their way to the garage which was empty. “OK. Nobody’s home. Are we going to break in?”

“What?!" Jenny said, “we’re not crooks!”

“Well, first of all we were planning to steal something, so I think we were planning to be crooks. Second, what was your plan if somebody was home?”

“Well, we know Dennis is at the school, so I was going to tell his mother he accidently brought home a paper I needed and can I get it from his room.”

“Pfffft, my baby sister wouldn’t fall for that, why would he have a paper of yours? What if she said she’ll get it for you?”

“I guess I hadn’t thought it through... but break in?”

“It’s not like we’re going to steal their money or their TV, just that note.”

“Why did I write that note! If I see that smirk on his smirky face one more time I’m going to punch him in the nose! I’m sure he’s planning to blackmail me forever. If he ever shows it to George...”

“Why don’t you just tell George, you’re pretty good friends?”

“Can you die of embarrassment? Because I think you can. I called George a hot piece of something I would, literally, never say out loud. Only you were supposed to read it.”

“A hot piece of what?” a voice whispered from behind them. Both girls jumped, and screamed.

“OMG, where did you come from!”

“I just live next door,” said George, “I saw you two sneaking around. A hot piece of what?”

Jenny fainted.

Eight years later when Jenny and Dennis were married, George was their best man.
He was still pretty hot too.
