Through airplane windows, I follow your movement.

Without mass nor substance,
pale silhouette of a being,
frolicking in fair weather
stepping stones of clouds.
Sunset illuminates your outline.

Run, climb and jump,
Don’t look back and don’t look down
Step by step, cloud to cloud.
Water vapour or whatever,
no matter what, your feet land
again and again.

Continuing towards a destination
too abstract to comprehend
What to do and where to be
-neither are things to ponder on.
You’re just a silhouette in the sky.

Suspended in the sky,
chasing for what may not exist.
Chasing for what you cannot describe.
Just a traveller of the heavens.

But the risks of your journey are great,
For once in a while, the clouds give way.
After all, they are nothing but vapour hung in air.

With no solid reasoning, you skip along.
