Chakras are the energy centers in our body. This is where the energy flows. The Sanskrit translation is 'wheel'. Imagine the energy flowing through the wheels. If the wheel gets blocked, so will the energy that our bodies need to function fully.
There are many ways to open your Chakras and keep them balanced. Reiki, meditation, affirmations, yoga...
For me, learning about these energy wheels has been my greatest tool at coping with anxiety and depression.
