love did not work out slight poetry

The words you whisper in my ear
Is something I didn’t think I’d ever hear.

You treat me like a real woman
Not a burden to your heart.

Love is no longer a prison,

You have me, my heart and soul
So please don’t throw me away.

Honey you left me defenseless,

Come to me with your arms wide open
Allow me to show you how much you mean to me.

The loneliness increases with each minute
You’re not hear with me to finish what we started.

I can’t fight this feeling anymore,

The taste of your kiss and soft touches you give
Is something I look forward to and miss deeply.

Wishing you were next to me to comfort me when needed
Yeah, I saw you today with her; you should have been beheaded.

Love is nothing but rain on a sunny day.
