BiPolar musings during anxiety induced insomnia.
Mind is spinning,
forgotten past?

Mind not quite holding,
do memories last?

Thimble's useless,
sew the threads;
clothes disintegrating betwixt my fingers,
grasping, clinging...

Mind's still reeling,
hydroxyzine?

Headache mounting,
don't cause a scene.

Interim tandem,
we stay together;
bicycle race through min(e)d pathways,
paved with medicine and meditation.
