poem for my twin flame
For My Twin

Unannounced, love arrived
Call of the moon, pull of the tide
So brand new, but old as time
Youthful tune, Ancient rhyme

Once two souls transformed to one
Morning moon, midnight sun
Ever changing, ever same
Sometimes wild, often tame

Face to face, beauty rests
Setting east, rising west
Wings of love, we take flight
Not letting go, holding tight

You are me, I am you
One bright flame where once were two
Flying, dancing through the stars
Venus, Jupiter, and Mars

Mirrored images complement
Belief the other is Heaven sent
Affinity and like-minded harmony
Today, tomorrow, eternity

Deepest red, brightest blue
All that is right, all that is true
Love, and faith, peace and grace
All this and more in your sweet face
