poem my friend started writing for me but he died tragically so i finally finished it
Quiet sadness
Locked up inside
Her eyes tell a story
A sweet lullaby

Outside her window
A make believe world
Talking to angels
She's a lost little girl

Yesterdays daydreams
A picturesque sky
With shadows that haunt her
Sweet soft lullaby

Never coming down from the clouds
She is lost
A never-ending daydream
Reflecting her loss

Crying out for freedom
She looks to the stars
A lullaby for Aimie
Don't forget who you are
