Written in about 5-10 minutes? To be honest, I'm still in denial.
Don't turn your back on me
I love you please don't ever leave
Pathetic noises ache with longing
My greatest regret is my undoing

I only did this to myself
So I may die and go to hell
Survival is a wish so few will get
Until all colors in life are met

Would only you stayed I would be alive
You had a choice, you never tried
And still my quiet fondness grows
The more the far you always go

Why has love turned me a fool
In my soul it seethes and rules
In every part, in every way
To hear the words I wish you'd say

The darkest eyes tear my mind
In brightest curves and corners find
And lonely is my offset cry
With pleas I used to but deny

But hear me out, halt your steps
Can you not see this is a test?
A flying arrow you cannot miss
The heart that mine did once resist

As I speak and write the prose
With hidden secrets I oppose
Scattered far in different brains
Apart they always will remain

But I am done for, I don't hide
Out goes all I've felt inside
But reaching in I find much more
My heart was once and always yours

So walk, walk if you must
I knew and said I couldn't trust
And to the song "She Can't Love"
That's a lie, for stars above
