A faith held captive in a cage far away.
How do you describe a feeling
When the world demands seeing before believing

A faith held captive in a cage far away
Wanting to save hearts hardened, about to fray
The hearts keep the key within sight
Feeling safe and secure and alright
These faiths are not to be set free
Oh what damage might they do, you see
Best to keep them under lock and key

The hearts have no idea the danger they are in
The only way to see change is to let it begin
If they would let one out
A light in the dark would fly about

Faiths never give up with wings full of strength
Faiths never tire with no distance too great
No land too far
No mountain too high
No heart too hard

I daresay they can go about anywhere
That is if you turn the key and set them free
If you dare to believe before you see.
