orange

pie

A fruit with a smiling face
We make a dessert with them
Spicy pastries at Thanksgiving
Scary faces carved in at Halloween.

Candles often burn inside them
Lighting up their eerie faces
They scare children and taste delicious
Light spilling from inside.
