There is this girl who can’t decide who she wants. Me or him.
My love doesn’t burn
It’s shy and reserved
scared

It shy away
cringes when it comes to light
And it will hide
pretending to be something else

My love for you is green
bitter and angry
I want you to be mine
alone

Yet I’m forced to watch you
press your lips into his
As you pull on my leash

You will never choose me
I’m not the safe option
And the truth of that fact
tears me in two

but don’t worry my love
will soon turn blue
As I wag my tail
waiting for you
