Poem about the ups and downs of life set in the Most Magical Place on Earth
         We live in Disneyland.

It is the most magical place. Everyday we walk past smiling faces and can't help feeling the same joy as them.

We conquer fear and conquer lines. We find hidden corners with magical treats and wishing wells where memories are made to be cherished forever.

Some days are spent wandering, smiling to blend in but unsure of where we are going because we cannot read the map we were handed.

Some days are spent on the train, showing us opportunity but we are stuck in our seats.

Some days are tea cups. Endless spinning made only faster when we try to slow down.

Some days are roller coasters. From the top of the world to the bottom, we can't seem to stop.

Sometimes rides close. Sometimes the sun is relentless in its mercy. Sometimes it rains on the parade and there is nothing we can do.

But the park stays open. And the screams of joy do not hide my screams for help. Mouse ears and princesses are the medicine of this magical place and with time they heal us.

You can fight pirates. You can go to space. You can die and then live again. But you can only fly if you believe in fairy dust.

         We live in Disneyland.
