A sonnet on heartache and wanting to seek revenge
Little fiery light flickering madly bright
It's the flames from hell dancing gracefully
Making denser the darkness of the night
Its fire burning, like wild lust, ostentatiously
Out from the depths where the dead rests
Summoning up to the torment of my room
Kindling a raging fire beneath my breasts
Turning dying love into my new perfume
From the chaos and madness caused by heartbreak
A thousand thoughts of revenge loom in mind
Each, bit by bit, quelling the pain of my heartache
Can this fire and madness be my true kind?
Rage and hate are the morphine to the pain of dejection
But revenge won't bring about a more glorious reflection
