I attended a brief webinar today and authors that live near me shared tactics

Local writers are adapting to the current pandemic by adjusting their current routines in several ways. Some examples
include writing for publications, while other authors have slowed down their personal projects to focus more on family obligations and self care. Other writers shared about current struggles such as publishing challenges, finding a routine, feeling lonely, and lacking inspiration.

On a more positive note, many writers are emerging in this current digital world with more access to online platforms and event that may have previously held then back due to financial or geographical challenges. I myself would not have had access to several of these online workshops had it not been for the current situation. I am forever grateful and now slowly working on my writing goals.
