Merely a description of a moment in time and my tribute to a lovely toy.
Wooden toy weapons, oh what glee!
Arms laden, faces shinning bright.
What lovely products, Sturdiguns,
Perhaps...perfection to a 'T'?

The Sturdiguns I liked, you see
Just as they were: natural wood,
Lines, grooves, and those lovely layers.
Why varnish and paint? You should leave.

"But, twas not I! It was not me
that let them paint the Sturdiguns.
Tis true they asked, but I said naught.
Another gave them leave."
