A poem about memories of a time in the past.
And so my heart caught a cold again.
The breeze that swiftly moves,
but stays hauntingly.
Never goes away.

The thought,
like trapped birds in a cage.
Who sing a song of dark cold winter days,
heart ache and love in all forms of discord.

Rainy days follow, thunder and wind.
In a heart that is longing for something,
so far from what was and far from what would be.
Moonrise to sunshine the memories so intertwined.

So the heart caught a cold,
in the lost scape of the mind.
Only fragmented scenes,
left in forgotten dreams.
