My poem about Spring and all the 'wonderful' things it brings.
Spring is Here

Sneezing, sniffling, runny noses, oh my!
Pray tell me, that the flowers are not coming alive again,
Rendering me useless for yet another season
In the air, they release their venom and I am left helpless!
No warning! No defense!
God, why give such cruelty to these things of beauty?

I dread the outdoors now that spring is here.
Surprise! Surprise! What is life for most, is a slow torturous death for me!

Hurry, summer! Hurry, fall!
Every day I wonder if I'll be able to persist,
Resisting the urge to sleep these cruel months away!
Eager, I am always for the dreadful season to leave me in peace.
