This is an interactive story. Each chapter tells part of the story and often ends with multiple choices. Make a choice and move to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, don't be shy... make an addition!
The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
This is a version of "The Book of Masks"  that contains certain plot branches deleted from the original. Most were written before the lore reached its current state, and so do not fit canonically with later chapters. Others are storylines that went seriously awry and which I'd prefer to forget.

But I don't want to completely delete them, though, so I'm putting them here.

This interactive also includes chapters and branches that are necessary to lead into the deleted chapters, so the whole thing can be read as a stand-alone interactive. It is also publicly available, so anyone is free to add to it. But it is not canonical with the one that I will be continue to be active in.
