When you wake up and realize you living a lie
I look into the mirror and I don’t see me,
I look into the mirror and all is see is what have been.
The reflections of yesterdays sorrows and a life between,
an old shipwreck and being stranded next to the sea.

Did I build a life to wreck,
did I make false promises to everyone here?
Did I wake up and realize it was all just a blank cheque?

I look into the mirror and know I need change,
I look into the reflection of a once lived life.
The mirror they say never lies,
is this all distorting my visual range?

Did I build a life to wreck,
Did I make false promises to everyone here?
Did I wake up and realize it was all a blank cheque?

All I know is what once was, is no more.
Change is inevitable...
Impressionable.
Not questionable.
