I didn't do much work on my novel. Most of my day was spent with work and just doing some recreational reading. I just needed some time to allow my brain to shut off. My head just wasn't in it today. I am not disappointed though. I am taking this as a self-care day to take care of my mental state. I did do some character creation though. I have a friend who is allowing me to make a character based on him. I was able to ask some questions on what characteristic he would like me to put in the book. Now I just need to think of a way to work him into the story.
