My muse speaks out.



Words beseeching a phrase
to let them blossom,
lines begging for a poem
to clothe their nakedness.

The woven tapestry
of the circled sounds
challenges:
Let me sing!

Let me fly forth and feed
emotions in need of sustenance.
Let me give voice
to the unspoken.
