I wondered what would happen to the gangsters when we grew up
I didn't know you spent the last 15 years doing blow
Your face is gaunt, weight is off
Crumbled nostril
Your skins sagging, cheeks caving in
It's not the same guy
I'm remembering

When do giants get so tall
they fall?
How did you go from 20,
pushing a Benz, thinking you had it all,
To 30,
With nothing in the tank to trade for an Adderall

Your storm finally came and when it started to rain,
you filtered the water through you like peat moss
You used it to soak everyone else with the run off
And when there was no one left

A long time ago,
bottles were opened and a door was shut
After that, I didn't realize what it meant saying,
she wanted it
Even though I carried my best friend out of your closet
I choke on those words,
but she was left in her own vomit

There's no way around it
Karma's been counting
