short poem about battling depression
Laughter hides my tears
My insecurities, all my fears
Surrounded by people, always alone
I’m tired and calloused to the bone
No motivation but cannot sleep
I pray the lord my soul to keep
Until then I soldier forth
Pretending to be happy is my course
