the title says it all
There are scars on their bodies that might show
but they have scars on their souls and minds also.
They gave their all for love of country.
Semper Fi, Aim High, and Be All You Can Be,
and Navy men and women, and Coasties too
fought for freedom and rights for me and you.
We should show them all more appreciation
and respect for the prices paid for our great nation.
So whenever you pass a veteran today
be sure to thank them for their sacrifices made.
