A poem about romance and the condition of things.
You gave me butterflies,
born from worms,
crawling around in my core.

Butterflies that emerged,
beautiful in spite
of their unwelcomeness.

And on gossamer wings
they flew out of my mouth,
with such force,

Turning to ravens,
razor claws and beak,
and tore into your heart.
