I shall be showing in further Image files and references the Heraldry for the Spencer (le Despencer) House. this house later became known by the more familiar name of Spencer. Lady Dianas Brother Earl Spencer has written a most excellent book, detailing the earlier History and about the "White Ship Disaster" which some of my own writing has touched upon but not fully explored.
