I would like to see more of the world, but must do it from books for now.
Reading is a pleasure to me.
I love the books that teach me some history.
The books about Egypt keeps me amazed.
How the people built pyramids, can be reappraised
The Eiffel Tower is a French delight.
I'm sure the visitors can view it in the night.
The Statue of Liberty is an immigrants' goal.
Her light is for everyone I am told.
A Forbidden City in Asia a well build place.
The beauty of its structure starts at the base.
I'd like to see what the Spruce Goose looks like inside.
It must be so big, but you cannot get a ride.
Back home we have Graceland where Elvis died
His music thrills followers who show their pride.
We have so many place that I will never get to see
But I'll read their stories and learn about their history.
