not sure how to describe this one
But I do not know where the blood splattered

Or where on the floor the knife clattered

Driving or being driven

Seeking a heart that was given

Given away to another day

When I wasn't walking dumb into an inferno

Just standing on the edge

Wondering at its strength and its beauty

And how hard it tried not to kill

What was me.
