An eight line poem
There’s something about a cantaloupe,
It’s not a thing of beauty.
An item it’s not for making soup.
It’s sweet and tastes quite fruity.

A cantaloupe’s skin is hard and rough,
Certainly not for eating.
As you’d soon discover, it’s really tough.
But the flesh? It takes some beating.
