By the way, I have endured much suffering, do not think I say this because I am weak.

What but is sweet?

The cow's milk gushes across the universe.

It makes the stars and galaxies and shines with love.

These days it is hard to see this love, but God above is manifestion of the infinite and we are a finite expresssion of that infinity.

We might believe believe God had a Son, but in fact, as we learn we are all her sons.

Licking the salty ice which substained the cow, we realize there is beauty in all things, even the icky or scary ones.

We are not the kings of the universe but one of maybe many caretakers.

If you can accept this you can accept the infinite into your heart as love.

If you can learn to be at peace within yourself you can manage all cruelties and hardships.

No one day, no one life defines you as someone once said, "I contain multitudes," and you like him do.

Learn to love yourself and those around you, learn altruism not selfishness, learn compassion, not anger, learn healing not cruelty.

At the end of the if I and you follow my advice good things will befall us.
