They lost somebody close to them, and now everything is gone. |Step Back CH finished|
Suddenly I’m filled with fear
A gripping around my neck
Am I choking?
Will you be there?
You have gone
Left for heaven
Leaving us behind.
Memories are dwindling like a flame
Why can’t I remember you anymore?
All my days are barren
I know you have gone.
Utter boredom fills my head
Taunts of kids spill my heart
So long ago, yet so short.
Has it been a month? Or days?
I’m slowly losing air
Like a vacuum in space
Has mother become angry?
Where did my brother go?
So soon after them
They say he went with him.
Though I don’t remember him,
Why did they go?
So painfully slow
Maybe I’m too afraid to let it in again
In fear of letting you go away
Can you come back soon?
Or maybe...
I can come to see you?
