Blue

Blue is the color of the bright sunshiny sky,
It’s also the feeling that makes me cry.
It comes in different shades, colors and hues
This wonderful, fantastic color of blue.
Roses are red and violets are blue,
Violets are purple, we all know that’s true.
It’s a stupid rhyme to confuse me and you.
They use it in the office but call it cyan,
Who knows what that is, I’m confused, I am.
You can be a destination in the wild blue yonder
Where exactly that is, I will always wonder.
There is also powder blue in the bathroom alright
But we all know that powder is white.
Baby blue, navy, cerulean and azure
What color blue is we can never be sure,
Cadet, cobalt, indigo, or periwinkle
You, blue, are the best color, I always thinkle!
