The frigid North has no mercy on any man.

Frozen North

The frigid winds blow scattering the winters snow.
Freezing is the cold having no mercy on a soul.
The howling of winds sends chills to my bones.
Here in Alaska, America's northern frozen zone.

The ice covers the ground.it is frozen all around.
The mountains are unique snow covered peaks.
The water runs deep under the ice frozen sheet.
Safe ways to travel are by dog sled, snow vehicle.

The biggest state of all this vast frozen cold land.
Its so beautiful and overwhelming to comprehend.
Let blizzards blow in my Log Cabin I'm out of cold.
In this wonderland of white the night is given light.

Temperatures drop 40 below, it freezes the snow.
This frozen desolate land gives mercy to no man.
Life here is extremely cold to a prospector of gold.
The weather freezes your very soul out in the cold.
