..and a new day in the making

Sunrise, the magical time of day
When the world seems fresh and new;
A promise of time unfolding
As we step out into the morning dew.

A cleansing of all the pain;
Yesterday is behind us, gone!
We are given a brand new day
To fill our lives with song.

Breathe in the beauty while you may!
Enjoy the first rays of the sun,
'tis a new day in the making;
New memories have begun.
