Holi, the Indian spring festival of colors.
Holi is a spring festival that is celebrated in most parts of India (not so much in the Southern Indian states). You put colored water, paste or colored powder on each other. Kids and the not-so-young kids, get a good dunking. People gather together and have Bhang Thandai, a green drink made of milk, mashed dry fruit and canabis paste. Try listening to Bethoven after a few glasses of it. In this picture Bhaskar is unrecognizable (far right) with streaks of green red and yellow colors. Everyone is drinking Bhang (or Shiddi), singing, and having a good time.
