When silence isn't strong enough, it shatters into anger
Anger is a cousin to hate, which is a stressful and energy wasting emotion. A lot of times we're told that silence is better than releasing our anger, better results. Although, there are sometimes when anger is so strong that it shatters through the silence and releases itself among the world.
