the destruction of the soul is made when completion is sought
You ignored the cry in my eyes - my vulnerability exposed - frightened, timid, yet desirable and yielding.

You sought me out, but didn't actually seek Me-the sweet tastes of passion were yours to cherish -but you left the banquet of love, devotion, and innocence to rot, spoiled for others who might have, at one time, found it worthy.

I am Women, you are Men. we seek one another, destroy one another, then pursue a new victim.

I have degraded myself - you have done so as well. Our vessels were once temples - or so had the potential.

Now our temples have fallen, ravaged by spite, lust, bitterness, anger, rage, heartache, loneliness, distrust, and unfaithfulness. We lay shattered in the dust like fragile vases - designed to bear only the beauty of fragrant roses, but tainted with leftovers of rotten weeds.

We need to be re-assembled.
We need new hope to hold us together.
We need to relearn how to love one another for the sake of love alone.
We need to safeguard our most valued treasures. We should re-evalute the price we have put on ourselves.
We seek cleansing from Heavenly deities.
We will bask in crimson rays of healing and restoration.

We, Men and Women, will re-establish the sanctity of humanity when our hearts consider matters of the souls over desires of the flesh.
