Stars everywhere I see, I wonder are you looking back at me?
Night Sky

Night sky so vast, so deep a blue,
I feel so tiny looking up at you.
Stars everywhere looking back at me,
I wonder do you see me, too?

Moon so big and bright,
A touch of magic in your light;
Lovers see and lovers dream,
Captivated as your beauty fills the night.

Hunter, dog, seven sisters, bear,
Sizes, shapes, everywhere;
Connect the dots,
But what’s that over there?

Stars up in the sky,
Midnight, and I see stars that fly.
I make a wish and blow a kiss
To a shooting star that travels by.

The Milky Way spans before me,
A silvery pathway in a star filled sea.
If I could cross you to the other side,
I wonder what waits there for me?

I dream and weave a gown to wear
Of stardust and glitter fair.
I’ll dance among the stars
And wear moonbeams in my hair.

Moonbeams that dance in the sky,
Mesmerized, I sigh.
I reach out to touch you
But you’re way too high.

Night sky, serene and blue,
God’s majesty reflects in you.
Night sky, you take my breath away
As each night you cast your spell anew.
