A poem about Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and how I start my day.
Dexe Dream

tiny granules
orange & white
brain cells
like day and night

consecutive steps
1,2,3
atainable goals
more agility

less procrastination
wondrous motivation
taps into my
mode of creation

capsule of life
without is death
I sing its praise
in every breath

not for all
a must for me
accent on
ability

focus is a privilege
and self-esteem
that special edge

to conquer all
and dare to dream
I thank my God for
