Never judge a book by its` cover.
It was a cold, bitter day where gray clouds blanketed the sky. Gloom swept over the whole area of the small village, keeping everyone in their homes, except for a single silken-black feathered crow. Its` long, narrow beak pecking at the rotten apple that fell from the apple tree long after it was ripe; The crow now and then ruffling its silken feathers, and returning to his snack; Beady black abyssal eyes shifting paranoid around, sensing something, but never finding it. Little did the crow know that there was something high in that apple tree; twin icy blues staring down, reflecting the hunger and malice. Pink muscle slithering over lips, as dainty hands brought the lithe form across the branch, until hovering over the crow. `` Caw! `` The crow let out a shriek, as if trying to scare away whatever it was that threatened him. The icy blues kept starring in hunger, not at all startled by the sudden caw. With a quick movement, the crows’ second attempt at a caw was cut short by a terrible, gruesome ripping noise. An old man, passing by, caught by surprise of the horrific scene that lay before him; a small girl, not older than ten on her knees, ripping sharp teeth into the crows body. Her white and blue dress splattered with blood, silken black feathers flying everywhere. Golden blonde curls clumped with blood and feathers, framing an angelic, porcelain face beholding features of a buttoned nose, full lips, now stained all around them by the blood.
