Title says it all!
Salmon from the Can
(and other Gastric Oddities)

You may prefer your fish
Dolled up into a dish
with a scrap of garnish
That you won't eat.

I enjoy my salmon
With the fewest of frills on
Yes, salmon from the can
is a treat.

Etiquette makes delicate demands
But I side with the gourmands
and prefer to use my hands
So I'll have the drumstick.

Nature provided the best utensil
when she made me prehensile
