If stubbing your toe felt good
I walk along through ghosts
dragging my feet though the paces
At first I would dodge them
When I first ran into you,I stubbed my toe

You have been real to me ever since
Even though love didn't first exist

It is always nice to talk with someone real
not worried about how you'll feel
If I say something you don't know
You always seem to let me know

It will be alright in the end
Somehow we will always be friends

As I continue through other towns
I know I have found
something honest and real
who really cares how I feel
