A general ideology on thoughts...
Thoughts, the uncontrolled pack of words and imaginations that bombard our mind with or without our concern. An amplified version of Thought when bombarded on our mind through a visual imaginary approach while we are asleep unconsciously is referred to as a Dream.

Thoughts can be said to be a byproduct of our mind, but then what are the inputs, thoughts again?

Scientist on other hand term Dreams as a byproduct of our mind due to the events and situation we were through out the day. They state that dreams reflect whatever is collected in our mind through the day. This may be partially true. Since a fact lies that sometimes Dreams reflect events and situations that we never Thought nor have been in to, then how can we say that dreams reflect our state of mind. Like for instance one fine night u went to sleep as usual, with your mind filled with thoughts of daily chores, but then suddenly a dream emerged out that reminds you of your school friends, those friends whose memories have totally been washed off from your mind, and you dream as if you are spending time interacting with them. How’s that possible, if you never thought about the thought of being with such an old school mate?

The mystery of thoughts lie in their origination, seldom you imagine stuff that you didn’t ever wished to at that spur of moment, seldom you dream of stuffs that you didn’t want to, such unwanted dreams are even called as nightmares.

Even if we agree that Thoughts have Mass, then a person will die overloaded, since we can’t keep track of the millions of thoughts that invade our mind at a single spur of moment.

Thoughts are those mysterious abstract forms of matter that don’t have a description in the Natural Physical Science. But then if it's a form of energy, then there will be a way out for Telepathy.

But then one thing for sure, a person can think of controlling the thoughts, and in turn dream. I have tried to react to my dreams in an active way, since while dreaming I am aware that it's a dream, and if I don’t like the dream, just switch the dream. Do this, if you don’t like the dream, and wish to break it, just close your eyes in the dream so that your sleep disturbs out and you open your eyes in this REAL World. It works; really, I learnt this trick accidentally, during my childhood, when once I closed my eyes in a nightmare. Try it!!!
