This is a description of my transgression.
Looking through covered eyes
I realized we all are made to think one way
To breathe one way
To walk one way
To look one way
I stare back at them, looking the same yet thinking
Different
Yes, different
The pink shirt I have on doesn't match my thoughts
Slowly it begins to seep through my mind
Mixing with my style
Mixing with my normally cautious words
No, I don't like country music
And no, I don't like you
I wear what I want
When I want
There's no reason why
I shouldn't scream
It could clear my thoughts
And give me a second to twitch
They may put me in a straight jacket
To prove their power
To prove their God, but I won't blend
I can't ever blend again
