A poem about debating. Not much else to say
There is nothing in the world like a great debate
Where the contenders both have a different stance
Both sides can argue without any hate
And oh, the exhiliration of giving your parlance
Sweat drips down while for the rebuttal you wait

Anger and hatred build as your opponent does state
That what you were guily of doing was taking a bribe
Of all the despicable things said in a debate!
You quickly recover and throw back a good gibe
Your opponent turns red as he realizes his fate

His breathing quickens as a response he needs
He tries to throw back a witty riposte
But you strike it down like some common garden weeds
You know you now have the pleasure of the boast
But you need to watch your back as on defeat your opponent feeds
