A remake of a poem I wrote a very long time ago. Connected haiku.
I remember when
You tried to convince me that
You were all there was

My relationships
With others you tore apart
Viciously spiteful

But you missed one thing
While planning my destruction
It was your downfall

I’m stronger than you
Ever gave me credit for
And I saw the truth

Cherry blossoms bloom
The world revolves 'round the sun
Even without you
